JOYCE TUCK is a watercolorist who does plein air painting regularly with a group of locally known artists at various locations in the Central Valley.  She has won numerous awards throughout the years. 
 
 
LUPE MENDOZA is a native Fresnan who took art classes at Dinuba High School and Kings River College.  She has displayed her work at the Tulare County Fair, Reedley Festive Art Shows, Clovis Art Guild shows, and the Caruthers Fair, and has won numerous awards at these shows.  She is currently taking art lessons from artist Linda McCoy who specializes in oils.  Ms. Mendoza loves bringing a “little sunshine” by painting and gifting her works to her family and friends.
