[FAC] Marketing Director/Graphic/Web Designer

Position: Marketing Director/Graphic/Web Designer Titled: TBD:  Looking for
a dynamic, creative and energetic Graphic and Web Designer to join our TEAM.
We want someone who is passionate about building corporate brands and who
will be dedicated to a long-term career of keeping our brands #1.  This is
an exciting opportunity to join a well established, rapidly growing Fresno
based corporation. We are Visual Changes Skin Care International, Inc.R We
develop, market, and sell skin care and other products worldwide, to Plastic
Surgeons, Dermatologists and Medical Spas.  To be successful in this career
you must possess artistic ability and creative thinking for designing
eye-catching and effective graphics that communicate our brands with a
passionate and professional message to our target audiences.  We need
someone with great hands-on experience to work on-site who will
conceptualize and create the overall layout and production design of a trade
magazine, as well as, design corporate communications that will attract,
engage, and sell, such as packaging designs, point of purchase displays,
promotional displays, promotional pieces, press releases, press kits,
product brochures, product catalogues, corporate websites, email campaigns,
distinctive logos, folders, stationery, direct mail pieces, newsletters,
invitations, and postcards.

 

You must be able to sit with our corporate executives and brainstorm ideas
to fulfill our marketing communication needs. Once a creative direction has
been decided by corporate executives, you must be able to stay on target and
then take each project from conception to completion with little to no
supervision.  Additionally, you need to be: 

*	dedicated and responsive to our on-going corporate needs
*	open to change and able to adjust to shifting priorities 
*	able to create fresh, new and original ideas
*	able to take criticism and possess a strong sense of accountability
and superior work ethics
*	self motivated 
*	organized, meticulous, thorough and pay extreme attention to detail 
*	able to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
*	able to remain calm and pleasant under pressure 

The following skills are a must and should be pointed out to us when
applying:

*	Excellent hands-on skills in Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator,
Dreamweaver, Flash and MS Office 2003
*	Strong technical aptitude for graphic/web design and production
*	Excellent verbal communication skills and analytical abilities 
*	Hard working and willing to put in extra hours when needed and enjoy
the benefits of making a big impact

 

The following skills are helpful and should be pointed out to us when
applying:

*	HTML coding skills 
*	The ability to write copy for all projects

Pay: Hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses, full medical, dental, and
vision insurance as well as, paid vacations, paid holidays, paid travel and
more.
