program capturing the history, people and spirit of the region...”
A Land Between Rivers is a one hour documentary that tells the story of
central California between the San Joaquin and Kings Rivers. Narrated by
Rita Moreno, and filmed in high-definition video, the film reveals the human
and environmental sacrifices in the shadow of agricultural success, and
shows how issues of concern in times past remain relevant today as central
California faces the future.
The film was commissioned by the Fresno City and County Historical Society
and underwritten by a generous gift from Table Mountain Rancheria.
