[FAC] Warehouse/Studio space

Seeking artists to share 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse for lease as an artist
studio. I have one person with me now. We are looking for 2-3 others. The
rent would be in the neighborhood of $350 plus utilities. The warehouse is
in an industrial area of downtown Fresno at Palm & H streets. It's a huge
space that I see being used as studios and, of course, once a month to host
