[FAC] Christmas in the Park Dec. 12 & 13th

Attention Prospective Vendors:
 
I want to thank you for your interest in participating in the Second Annual
Christmas in the Park Celebration held at Eaton Plaza in Downtown Fresno.
Last year this one day event brought out over 9000 people. This year we have
expanded the event to two days, December 12th and 13th. We are expecting a
very large crowd and plenty of holiday fun. This year Christmas in the Park
will include carnival rides and games, free face painting, holiday boutique
vendors, food,  vendors,  bands, choirs, pictures with Santa, and maybe even
a little snow? 
 
The cost for your vending space is $100 for the two day event (one day
spaces available). You will be required to bring your own tables, chairs,
and power (if needed).  There will be lighting for the carnival area but if
you need better lighting under your canopy you will need to bring it
yourself. 
 
We are encouraging everyone to arrive on time (for better parking in close
proximity of your vendor space). Overnight security will be provided on
December 12 (Friday night) so that you will not have to pack up and set up
again on December 13 (Saturday morning).  If you are interested call
621-2953 and make your $100 check or money order to the City of Fresno Parks
and Recreation.  Deliver to:  City of Fresno Parks and Recreation, 2326

All vendors will receive a logistics email on December 8 to inform them of
what time they need to arrive, where to park, and their vendor space number.
Vendor spaces will be given on a first come first serve basis.  If you know
of any other holiday vendors that might have interest in participating in
this event please share with them this information and have them contact me
