Stellar Gallery and University Theatre Present
Dances on the Edge - Modern Art and Modern Dance
A Group Exhibit featuring works inspired by dance, music, and the human
form.

Paintings, Digital Art, and Photography by Jonathan Bock, Mary Jane
Brewster, and Terry Robinson, Sculpture by Toby Raetze and Norma Rogers.

at the Lyle's Gallery, John Wright Theatre, Cal State University Fresno -

 Support the arts in Fresno by attending "Dances on the Edge" an exciting
dance performance in five segments performed by CSU Fresno's Portable Dance
Troupe, and directed by Ruth Griffith.  The Portable Dance Troupe of the
Department of Theatre Arts presents innovative and compelling choreography
shaped by a mix of faculty and guest choreographers with its spring dance
concert  "Dances On the Edge."

Dance Performances all nights except Monday, Feb 11, Tuesday through
Saturday at 8 PM, Sunday at 2 PM.  To order tickets call 278-2216 or order

 Admission is 8.00 for CSU students, 13.00 CSU associates, 15.00 general
public
Buy Portable Dance Troupe Tickets Now!

Art Exhibit is open to the public from Noon to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Admission to the Art Exhibit is Free. The Gallery and the Theatre Box Office
are Located at the North Entrance of the Speech Arts Building on the CSU
Fresno Campus.

SIERRA ART TRAILS - OCTOBER 11 and 12, 2008
 Stellar Gallery is the headquarters for the "Sierra Art Trails" annual Open
Studio Tour.

The Call to Artists for SAT 2008 is now open!  Applications will be mailed
out to artists on our mailing list soon, and will be accepted through April
15th 2008.

Painting and Digital Art by Terry Robinson
 Mariposa, California artist Terry Robinson works in a wide range of media.
Her experience includes many years as a professional commercial artist,
animator, and art director.  Her personal work includes acrylic paintings,
ceramics, photography, and computer art.

Paintings by Donald Putt Putman
 Stellar Gallery is proud to continue our relationship with the Putman
family.  For those who knew and loved Putt, the exhibit is an excellent
opportunity to view a select grouping of his work, to pat tribute to his
talent, and to celebrate his contribution to our community.
