The Good Company Players celebrate of 35 years of producing theater with the
announcement that September 18 through November 9, 2008 .  Mel Brooks' The
Producers will appear at Roger Rocka's Dinner Theater, 1226 N. Wishon,
Fresno, CA (559)266-9494.   The storyline is a comedy classic: Meet the
downtrodden Max Bialystock, infamous producer of a long succession of
dreadfully unsuccessful shows. Leo Bloom, a mild mannered accountant, tells
Max he could actually get rich by producing a flop. Together they hatch a
scheme to raise more money than they need so they can pocket the extra. When
Max creates the ultimate box office bomb, it's Mel Brooks at his funniest.
