 Carissa Project: Fresno woman launches redevelopment program for Motel Row


A woman who was the victim of child prostitution in Fresno after being abandoned by her mother in "Motel Row" has returned to make a change in the city.

Carissa's story is the subject of a documentary that is expected to be entered into the Sundance Film Festival.
