 "Historical meeting" brings counties together to discuss Rural Loop 
A meeting is being held today in downtown Fresno to discuss an effort to build a four-county "Metro Rural Loop" to connect residents in the Central Valley with a dedicated rail line that would circle
Fresno and stretch into Tulare, Madera counties and part of Kings County.
