gallery 25 exhibits new member’s work featuring:  papadakis’s 
work is portraiture in the figurative and the abstract addressing 
reaching out to the viewer as a common bond between the lives 
of women, the society they live in and their personal relationships. 
lecocq is a nationally and internationally acclaimed artist who works 
in assemblage using primarily found objects combining basic 
design and zen. materials used are an earthly blend from weath-
ered animal bone to rusted steel used in addressing the issues of 
the threatened environment and endangered species. webster’s 
paintings on wood explore how memory manifests itself in the 
mind in a fragmented manner. combining the literal translation 
of what she visually experiences and her emotional state which 
is then interwoven symbolically through the incorporations of 
natural icons.

exhibition dates: january 3rd - 27th, 2008
reception dates: arthop thursday: january 3rd from 5-8 p.m.
main reception: january 6th from 2-5p.m
