[FAC] Reminder: Posting instructions

Lately there have been a few errors caused by improper posting to the
fac-list. The number one cause of this is sending HTML emails. Always
compose your message in PLAIN TEXT. Here are some other helpful tips:

1. Only members can post to the list
2. Send your post directly to: fac-list at fresnoarts.info
3. Do not cc: or bcc: anyone in your submission
4. Use plain text when composing your message
   (reference: http://email.about.com/cs/netiquettetips/qt/et070103.htm)
5. Use descriptive subject lines
6. Do not send file attachments, this includes Vcards and images
