Hill Family Sauvignon Blanc 2007
This wine has a lovely nose of fresh  melon and tropical fruit with peach and 
vanilla following just behind. The  beautifully balanced palate continues 
with the honeydew melon and white peach  flavors, finishing with pink grapefruit.
 
Sextant Chardonnay 2007
Elegant and Robust Chardonnay with rich textures  and exotic tropical 
flavors. Sliky Butterscotch notes, ripe kiwi with hints of  mango and green apple.
 
Stratton Lummis Cab 2004
Concentrated perfume of cassis, violets and  tobacco complimented by rich 
French oak. Full flavored.
 
Fasi Crest Syrah 2006
Deep ruby, black color; pure; packed; ripe, fine;  ripe aromas, excellent 
depth of fruit; medium bodied, round; textured; long;  deep; excellent structure, 
smooth tannins; generous, ripe, oak; full; violets  with a savage note; long 
finish, generous aftertaste.
